DID YOU KNOW… it all comes out in the Wash
Posted: Feb 17, 2017 1:12pm

Did you know that approximately 25% of a household’s residential water consumption is happening in your laundry room and it’s disappearing at the same rate as your missing socks. Washing laundry is very water intensive, especially if you own a conventional top loading washing machine. Top loaders can use between 39 and 43 gallons of water per load for the wash and rinse cycle combined! Using both water-saving practices as well as a high efficiency washing machine can reduce water use by half!
