Due to the inclement weather, Texas Pride will not be collecting trash tomorrow and will resume trash pick up on Saturday.
In preparation for Hurricane Laura, Texas Pride will begin trash and recycling pick up tomorrow morning at 5:30 am in order to give them time to finish their route before roads become impassible.

However, they have to protect their employees just as each of us want to be protected. In doing so, we are asking that all residents BAG ALL WASTE IN PLASTIC BAGS so as to minimize the direct contact of the employees with the garbage.
Also, while recycling always should be placed loose in your recycle container, if you are showing any signs of illness, please bag your recyclables that you have come in contact with and dispose of them with your garbage.
We’re doing all we can to keep everyone safe as we navigate these uncharted waters.
