Lakes at Creekside Section 4 Drainage Improvement Information

Phase 1 Construction project is substantially complete.

Phase 2 Construction project started in September and is expected to be substantially complete in December 2024 pending weather conditions.

The Harris County Municipal Utility District 1 will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2023 on October 10, 2023 at 12:00 PM at 2727 Allen Parkway, Suite 1100, Houston, Texas 77019.
