Pursuant to Section 49.217 of the Texas Water Code, the operation of any unauthorized motor vehicle in or adjacent to a drainage facility is a Class “C” Misdemeanor and is punishable by fines up to $500 for each violation and up to $2,000 and/or 180 days in jail for repeat offenders.

Please help keep our facilities and properties free of all unauthorized motor vehicles by calling 281-376-3472 (24 hour phone #) and reporting any occurrences.

Inclement Weather Update

Due to the inclement weather conditions, the trash pick-up service on Wednesday January 22, 2025 will be delayed, but will take place as scheduled.  If you have plants that die due to the cold weather, they will be considered as storm debris and handled accordingly.  If the inclement weather causes the landfill to shut down, we cannot pick up your trash on the assigned day, but it will be picked up the following day.

Our Operations Team have field people in the field around the clock to manage any disruptions in our water supply should they occur as well as having Office Staff in the office around the clock to receive calls and dispatch personnel as needed if a situation arises.  We are doing everything we can to prepare for this weather condition in our district.
